- Support the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS 17.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IFRS 17 standards.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on IFRS 17 requirements.
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with IFRS 17.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
- Assist in the enhancement of financial reporting frameworks and models.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, actuarial, and risk management teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting.
- Stay updated with changes in IFRS 17 regulations and ensure ongoing compliance.
Skills and experience required
... - Diploma in Accounting & Finance with at least 5 years of experience in financial accounting in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
