what will you do
What you will do:
- Contribute to and shape the 6-season Merchandise Financial Plan for Consumer Fields of Play x Marketplace Units;
- Maintain the Merchandising Financial Plan at sub-MPU levels (e.g., by banner, account, or account group);
- Partner with Consumer Planning and take ownership for all seasons post-bookings broadcast (week 22);
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the region to drive business health throughout the in-season product lifecycle;
- Influence and execute In-Season Inventory Sell-Through within the Marketplace Unit (MPU);
- Reconcile in-season assortment plans with the Planning Rolling Forecast and align with Consumer Fields of Play. Execute cross-MPU trade-off actions to drive consumer demand, Nike and partner margin, and optimize overall marketplace inventory health;
- Develop and implement consistent best practices for Merch Financial Planning across all Nike Marketplace Units;
- Act as the DSM representative within a CFoP Squad, responsible for enhancing marketplace awareness and functional collaboration.
