Financial Controller- Property Developer/Construction (Public Listed Company)

A public listed company in the property devlopment/construction industry is looking for a career minded financial controlle to be part of their team. You will be in charge of the group finance team of the company and reporting directly to the CFO for this role

Main responsibilities of the Financial Controller

• Preparation of monthly management and statutory reports, finalisation of monthly accounts closing for various projects and consolidated accounts.
• Manages the preparation and presentation of financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, consolidated financial reporting and statutory returns.
• Familiar with group accounting policies and at the same time ensure compliance to local statutory requirements, tax, audit and treasury compliance.
• Review existing internal controls and processes and take actions to enhance and improve the systems whenever necessary meeting changes in the organization.

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
