Responsibilities
In this Financial Analyst role located in Etobicoke, you'll be responsible for:

- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing data for trends and variances, and presenting insights to management.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering data, building financial models, and monitoring performance against targets.

- Cost Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs to identify savings and track production efficiencies.

- MS Dynamics Utilization: Leverage Microsoft Dynamics for financial data management, reporting, and maintaining financial dashboards.

- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve financial operations.

- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to financial policies, support audits, and maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifications
This Financial Analyst role located in Etobicoke requires the following:
- Minimum College degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in finance and or accounting as an analyst.
- Experience working with MS Dynamics is a great asset.
- Experience working with Power BI and other reporting tools is a great asset.
- Experienced working in similar industries is an asset.
