We are looking for an analyst - budget and financial performance to join a Montreal company.
Job title: Financial analyst - Performance and budget
Salary: Between 75K and 95K depending on experience + bonus
Work location: Montreal (hybrid)
Duration: 12 months with strong possibility of permanence

Responsibilities
The financial analyst - performance and budget will have the following responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual budget for different departments and projects;
- Analyze financial results and explain the causes of variations from one period to another;
- Produce profitability, margins and productivity analyzes for different units;
- Support all departments of the company in order to produce reliable analyzes that will allow them to better manage their performance;
- Produce ad hoc analyzes for management;
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following qualifications for the financial analyst - performance and budget role:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
- Minimum of three years of experience in accounting or FP&A;
- French-English bilingualism;
- CPA title, an asset;
- Being comfortable with Excel including mastery of Vlookups (macros and VBA, an asset);
- Analytical mind.
