Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of the annual budget, board presentations, financial models, Global Delivery reports, and other regular management reports.
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on the performance of various Business Units, including financial and management reporting and utilization tracking.
- Monitor and report weekly utilization results, investigate discrepancies, project utilization levels, and clarify transactions with Business Unit Leads as needed.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and adherence to all reporting timelines.
- Independently manage month-end closing activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of financial data and supporting documents.
- Support and oversee KPI calculations related to consultant utilization and timesheet hours.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports.
- Lead or support performance and process improvement initiatives, including managing process automation projects.
- Perform other ad-hoc finance tasks and analyses as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proven expertise in financial planning and business controls, including proficiency with the SAP accounting system and strong analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Strong collaboration skills, initiative, and proactive attitude to foster good relationships within and across teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, along with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
