Pozíció leírása / Job description- Ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices and accurate VAT booking by the outsourced service provider.
- Preparing reconciliations for the balance sheet.
- Participating in month-end closings, including accrual preparation and cost center corrections.
- Preparing tax returns and statistical reports.
- Contributing to the preparation of financial statements.
- Participating in both external and internal audits.
- Providing financial support to other departments.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably at an accounting firm.
- Proficiency in comprehensive bookkeeping, BIK calculation, and VAT return preparation.
- Advanced Excel skills are highly valued.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, Axapta, or Oracle is beneficial.
- Experience in financial statement preparation and external audits is a plus.
- Expertise in preparing year-end tax returns and other tax returns is an advantage.
- Chartered Accountant or Tax Advisor certification, along with a diploma in Finance and Accounting, is desirable.
- Fluency in Hungarian and at least intermediate proficiency in English.
