This role requires a combination of strong finance knowledge, attention to detail, and effective coordination with multiple stakeholders. You will support daily business activities during system transitions and provide governance oversight on testing and implementation. Key responsibilities include:
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the accounting system change project.
- Actively participate in all UAT activities, including developing and executing test plans for workflows, system functionalities, and control checks.
- Identify, document, and track UAT issues, and propose solutions to resolve them in coordination with the project team and service providers.
- Maintain a UAT issue register, and ensure clear documentation of testing results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate and facilitate the UAT testing process, ensuring it aligns with business user requirements.
- Conduct post-implementation monitoring, ensuring smooth system functionality after the go-live phase.
- Support daily business activities during the parallel run of systems.
- Provide support for ad-hoc task, including ongoing project-related deliverables.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Accountancy & Finance
- At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting functions.
- Experienced with accounting system changes or implementations.
- Analytical, logical thinker with user-focused problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in testing processes.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
