Lead the ERP system implementation process as the project manager.
Drive necessary changes for successful project execution, ensuring staff engagement and effective communication across Finance and other departments.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other functions to maintain long-term project benefits.
Coordinate with internal users, IT, and external vendors throughout various project phases.
Gather and consolidate stakeholder input to thoroughly assess changes in processes, structures, and workflows.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for digital solutions and systems.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree holder with minimum 3 years of work experience in related discipline.
Strong experience in managing/ participating in projects related to process changes
Finance / accounting knowledge, and experience in system replacement is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Chinese
