About the job
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance projects, ensuring alignment with financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with finance teams and IT to define test requirements, validate system functionality, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute UAT plans, track issues, and recommend go/no-go decisions based on test outcomes.
- Support finance transformation and system implementation projects from a governance perspective.
Skills and experience required
- At least 2-3 years of experience in finance governance, finance transformation, or similar roles, with hands-on UAT or project management experience.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in data validation and process improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
