(Business Partnering)● Prepare annual sales budget and align annual strategies● Provide and present monthly business review and forecast reports● Review and analysis of operational cost center and improvement● Drive KPIs to meet business goal and operational excellence with sales managers● Lead shipment delivery and backlog management to achieve sales forecast● Lead working capital management with managing account receivable and inventories● Manage credit risk of distributors and review annual collaterals of channel partners● Involve order management process for sales team● Perform general facility management of main office and branch offices(Accounting, Taxes, and Finance)● Manage monthly financial report and closing with the China shared service and local finance● Follow up any quarterly report requirements● Manage all accounts reconciliation and perform annual balance sheet review● Manage local statutory reports – annual statutory report, Income tax return, Consumption tax, andIntercompany transactions filing● Manage accounting resources and process in terms of segregation of duty (SOD)● Understand transfer pricing concept and support to prepare annual transfer pricingreport with external counsel● Experience to follow up the Customsaudit investigation and Corp tax audit investigation● Legal compliance and Ethics● Partner with business leaders to evolve the company’s culture, including driving employeeengagement to enable a high performing workforce● Manage Standard of Conduct Compliance and Internal control based on policies● Perform business risk screening of business partners● Preparation annual shareholder meeting procedures and update BOD and Incorporate article● Involve review process for any contracts, agreement, and NDA by sales team with company legal counsel
求められる経験
At least 10 years of finance experience with progressively responsible roles at MNC; 3+ years of those at
managerial levels is strongly preferred.
● Must be a well-rounded leader (Accounting + FP&A + Compliance) with the utmost integrity, Possessing
Excellent Control & Process Improvement Skills; Big 4 & Accounting Firms working experience is a plus
● Proficiency in English is a must.
● Be Business Partner with effective communication skills to influence senior level in a dynamic environment
● Good knowledge of ERP systems, Proficient in Excel
