about the Role
As a key finance team member, you will drive financial performance, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax rules, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Your expertise will inform business decisions, optimize processes, and contribute to our regional growth strategy. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.In this role, you will drive financial performance through timely analysis and propose action plans to improve financial outcomes. You will facilitate cross-functional discussions for process optimization and documentation, ensuring alignment with our regional strategy. Additionally, you will provide ad-hoc analysis and financial insights to management, lead forecast and budgeting exercises for APAC entities, and ensure compliance with IFRS Standards and Group policies.
skills and experience needed
To excel in this role, you will need a professional accounting qualification, such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA), with at least eight years of finance management experience. You should possess strong technical skills in financial planning, analysis, and accounting software, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks is essential.
