Our client is a multinational sourcing company, recently acquired by a prominent Private Equity firm, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join their small yet thriving team.
Report to the Regional Finance Director, you will:
- Oversee and manage all finance-related duties for the Hong Kong market.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and efficiency and report to the Private Equity
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPA or equivalent is required
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally from the sourcing/ trading industry. Prior experience working in a Private Equity-backed company is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good commands in English and Chinese
