Pro-actively manage sales and profit/financial KPIs for North Asia and Japan clusters, including support for strategic budgeting, planning, controlling, reporting, consolidation and portfolio managementTrack KPIs aligned to strategy to interpret, support, lead and track affiliates in the country clusters to achieve financial plans and operational activities with the objective to proactively steer financial performanceProvide significant boost to the hands-on capability for the country organization in standardizing / resource allocation and controlling qualityExecute business analytics to gain insights about underlying business performance and opportunities as an aid to decision making and investment choices

求められる経験
Fluency in English and Japanese both written and spoken

Experience working with senior management groups with the ability to influence and challenge positively with stakeholders at all levels throughout the country clusters

Practical management experience in financial analyses, advanced know-how of systems, processes and guidelines is preferred

5-8 years of experience in financial and functional management positions (preferably including international experience), as well as an in-depth understanding of the complexities of financial and business transactions of a global operating business
