Finance Manager (Mall Operations)
A public listed company in Malaysia is looking for a career minded finance manager to be part of their team. You will be key member of their finance team, working closely with the the Chief financial officer (CFO) of the company. There will be at least 2 people who will directly report to you for this role. For this role, your main task will be primarily involved in mall operations.
Main responsibilities of the Finance Manager role

• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance including timely preparation of financial and management reports as well
as analysis of results.
• Plan and control the company's cash flow, funding, and budget allocation.
• Control and manage end-to-end financial processes, including collections, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliant with Financial Reporting Standards, and applicable reporting standards.
• Perform business planning and yearly budget.
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, legal, bankers, etc.
Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Professional accounting qualification(ACCA/CIMA/MIA) or equivalent
• Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
• Experience in retail operations will be an added advantage
