Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will be managing a lean team with responsibility of the full spectrum of financial management including financial accounting and management reporting whilst ensuring compliance to US GAAP and SOX requirements.You will drive continuous improvements to finance process and systems and also oversee payroll administration matters.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 8 years of hands on finance experience gained from manufacturing set up. Hands-on experience with SAP is highly advantageous. A matured and confident individual, you are comfortable working independently across all levels in a diversified culture and matrix organisation.
