• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting for ILPs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the accounting functions related to ILP investments, including fund management, asset valuation, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with investment/finance teams to monitor fund performance and ensure accurate reflection in financial statements.
• Provide insights into financial results and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and improve internal controls over ILP reporting processes.
• Assist in regulatory audits and reporting to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on investment-linked policies (ILP) reporting and accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, investment operations, and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
