A US-listed retail brand with around 100 stores in Japan is looking for a Finance Manager (Accounting) who reports to the Head of Finance and dotted line to the CFO. The successful applicant is responsible for handling the following areas:・Prepare financial reports for global headquarters・Review monthly closings to ensure accurate booking of revenue and expenses・Maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting・Oversee the completion of annual tax filings in coordination with a tax accounting firm・ Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly forecasts for the entitySkills/Competencies:• Working experience in an Accounting Department or Finance related function• Business level written & verbal communication skills in English and Japanese• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Decision-making skills• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy• Very practical organizational skills

求められる経験
・At least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience
・Experience in retail/apparel industry is desirable　
・ Japanese Native or fluent
・English bussiness level
・CPA holder preferred
