【Overview】The Finance Manager will provide support the company’s accounting, financial reporting, accounting research, software accounting, internal controls, and other general accounting procedures.Your responsibilities will include:•Supporting in overseeing Accounting operations including; Opportunity Review, Invoicing, AR, AP, Expense, Closing. Identifying process improvements to further streamline all accounting areas.•Preparing and providing monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting to the senior leadership team and external stakeholders as necessary•Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial policies and appropriate internal controls procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency•Ensuring compliance with local, state, federal and international laws and guidelines; Reviewing statutory reporting and tax filing prepared by internal and external professionals•Assisting with accounting and tax research, including assessment of technical accounting standards on corporate transactions or agreements•Tracking actuals against budget and performing budget vs actual analysis; reporting insights and findings to the senior management for performance improvement•Assisting in the negotiation of large customer deals and advise on structure for optimal realization and recognition, and answering revenue questions for the business •Updating accounting policy documentation on revenue recognition •Providing revenue recognitions training to sales, sales operations, sales finance, legal, and product marketing as necessary•Providing strategic initiatives and other ad hoc projects to the controller and financial planning areas

Other qualities that will make you a fit for this role include:

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related studies, CPA a plus
•Relevant work experiences (including JGAAP) with minimum 4 years. Experience in audit firm or financial planning and analysis is a plus
•Experience in working in an enterprise software G/L module
•Experience in Dynamics or other CRM systems are a plus
•Comprehensive analytical skills
•Ability to translate data into useful information and to communicate key findings and assumptions in a concise fashion to senior management for decision making purposes
•Experience with multi-countries, exchange accounting and consolidation analysis and control
•Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
•Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency, and a strong work ethic
•Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
•Exceptionally thorough and detail-oriented
•Excellent communication, leadership, and interactive skills to enable ease of collaboration at all levels of the company across several cultures
