They are known for their commitment to sustainable development and innovative investment strategies, providing a stable and supportive working environment.Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including monthly and annual closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to both local and international stakeholders. You'll also play a vital role in managing relationships with external financial institutions and spearheading projects for operational improvements. You will lead and mentor your team.Main tasks includeLead monthly and annual financial closing processes.Develop and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.Manage cash flow and oversee financial reporting.Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

求められる経験
5+ years of relevant experience in financial management, including J-GAAP.
Business-level English proficiency.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
