Overview:- Drive achievement of organizational financial goals through strategic planning and evaluation.- Implement robust internal controls, oversee financial reporting, and manage cash flow.Responsibilities:-Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve company objectives.-Maintain and enforce financial controls, systems, and policies.-Develop and execute strategic frameworks for existing and new business units.-Conduct strategic and financial analysis, including benchmarking and modeling.-Supervise staff, ensuring effective hiring, training, and professional development.-Oversee monthly accounting close activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP.-Produce monthly financial statements and meet corporate reporting requirements.-Coordinate and oversee physical inventories.-Lead year-end financial close and liaise with auditors, attorneys, and bankers.Requirements:- 10+ years of experience-Experience in identifying and implementing new systems.-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
