An iconic European apparel company is looking to hire a Finance director in Japan. For this role we are looking for a candidate with both hand's and people management skills to lead the accounting and FP&A team while providing strategic financial advice to local GM and other department head. The company has experienced double digit growth in Japan for the past 4 years and Japan is their number one market globally. Native/Fluent level of Japan along with Advanced/fluent english command is also essential to communicate effectively with local and global teams -Location : central Tokyo -Work from home : 2/3 times a week-Flextime available -Salary : 15M to 19M JPY
