You’ll play a key role in coordinating with the Korea team, supporting business unit requests, and spearheading initiatives to standardize and automate processes across the entire business controlling community. This is a high-impact role offering significant opportunity for professional growth and development within a dynamic global organization.Main tasks include: ・Lead the Japan finance team in monthly closing processes.・Oversee monthly P&L and balance sheet reviews.・Drive standardization and automation of financial processes across business units.・Collaborate with the Korea finance team on key initiatives.・Champion the implementation of new projects within the Business　Controlling community.

求められる経験
Requirements
・Minimum 10 years of experience in financial accounting.
・Strong understanding of IFRS and JGAAP accounting standards.
・Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team.
・Excellent communication and coordination skills.
・Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
・Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
・Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
・Strong interest in IT/Finance tools, standardization, and automation.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Experience working in a multinational corporation is a plus.
