Finance Business Partner – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Joining a high-performing team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives and meaningful projects in and around Melbourne.
This full-time, 12-month fixed-term position offers the chance to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, provide critical financial insights, and drive organisational success.
The Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll support key portfolios by delivering insightful analysis and advice to optimise financial outcomes. Your ability to collaborate and provide clear reporting will be essential to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting for multiple projects within the portfolio.
- Support month-end processes and ensure accuracy for financial reviews.
- Prepare, validate, and consolidate budgets, forecasts, and projections.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyse, report, and monitor financial performance.
Ideal candidate:
We’re looking for someone with a proactive mindset and strong technical skills who can balance strategic focus with operational detail.
Skills and Experience:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel and business reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present clear insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in matrix reporting environments is highly regarded.
