■Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the radiology business unit. - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial and operational efficiency. - Conduct financial modeling and variance analysis to support business cases and investment decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to drive profitability and cost efficiency. - Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and investment appraisals. - Provide financial insights on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes affecting the radiology business. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations. - Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

求められる経験
- Fluency in English and Japanese both written and spoken

- Experience working with senior management groups with the ability to influence and challenge positively with stakeholders at all levels throughout the country clusters

- Practical management experience in financial analyses, advanced know-how of systems, processes and guidelines is preferred

- 5-8 years of experience in financial and functional management positions (preferably including international experience), as well as an in-depth understanding of the complexities of financial and business transactions of a global operating business
