・Act as a key liaison between the finance team and other business functions, including sales, marketing, and operations・Provide leadership and guidance to Cost Centre managers on forecasting and budgeting activities and ensure data integrity of Financial data inputs.・Lead engagement with the business leaders to understand strategic objectives and align finance support to achieve delivery of these.・Partner with business teams to understand their goals and challenges, and provide financial and strategic support to help achieve their objectives.・Provide financial analysis and insights to the business teams to enable effective decision-making・Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics, and communicate trends and variances to the business team・Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement・Develop financial models to support business cases, commercial decisions, and strategic planning・Develop business cases, analyzing their strategic fit, challenging the key assumptions and providing recommendations, analysis of business implications and risks/benefits

求められる経験
・5 + years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a business partnering role
・Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders
・Proven track record of providing financial guidance and support to business leaders
・Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
・Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools
