求められる経験
■Requirements
・7+ years of experience in a finance leadership role within a large organization, preferably in B2B.
・Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and project analysis.
・Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate complex information effectively.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
・Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
・Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
・While Japanese language skills and an MBA are desirable, they are not mandatory for consideration.
