As FBP Manager you will be responsible for
...
- Management, coaching and development of a team of 2-4 finance business partners
- Partnering with senior stakeholders of this $1bn business unit to provide commercial finance insights based on performance
- Consolidation of financial results for the business unit
- Identification of financial risk pertinent to the business and subsequent communication with non-finance managers in the business with a view to helping mitigate where possible
- Development and improvement of financial reporting frameworks that support strategic and operational needs to enable better business decisions
- Develop, maintain and enhance relationships between the finance function and the non-financial stakeholders across the business unit
To be successful in this role you will have
- A recognised accountancy qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent)
- Prior experience managing a small team
- A strong soft-skill set which includes ability to build and nurture business relationships with the ability to influence
- Excellent data visualisation experience with ability to build a narrative around financial performance
- A keen interest in getting out into the business to support strategic decision making
