Randstad are recruiting a Financial Administrator for one of our large civil infrastructure clients based out in Arundel on a 6 month temporary contract, with a high possibility of extension and permanent for the right person
We are seeking a candidate with a background and experience in financial administration, a positive driven attitude, great organizational skills and a very keen eye for detail
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare invoices for payment
- Prepare various reports as requested by management
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations of financial transactions
- Resolution of invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
- Maintain all financial records and files
- Assist managers and employees with finance and administrative enquiries
The successful candidate will possess:
- SAP experience desirable but not essential
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to cope with time related pressures
- Comfortable with working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to quickly pick up systems and concepts, with a desire to learn
