We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer for a machinery manufacturer based in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

Reporting to: Head of Service
Team size: 3-5 people
Location: Selangor
Travelling is involved

the role

Diagnose and fix electrical issues in various on-site locations.
Install and set up new electrical equipment.
Must possess own vehicle and be prepared for travel on short notice.
Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Understand wiring diagrams, perform electrical checks, and provide customer quotes.
Offer technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and prioritize production uptime.

the experience

Possess a diploma or higher degree, with at least 2 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting (Siemens S7/Tia portal/Lenze).
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with proficiency in MS Office.
Be results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently under pressure and handle overtime if needed.
Willingness to travel to multiple states.
