We are seeking a Field Service Executive for an established US-based medical device company. This role requires your urgent attention.

the role
- Install, service, repair and maintain products
- Establish & maintain timely customer communications & relationships, along with other key partners (e.g. team members and business units).
- Report all relevant service activity, ensuring updated and accurate service data in the service system (all work orders should be closed within the same day).
- Accountable for maintaining and documenting the assigned calibration equipment
- Provide technical reinforcement for in-bound calls from customer & patients, detail the job on the system and undertake the relevant actions.
- Maintain up-to-date technical competence in assigned products by successfully completing the relevant training and development.
- Be the technical expert and assistance for customers, account managers and engineers. This includes being the technical escalation point for the designated product group
the experience
- Diploma, equivalent level qualification in the relevant engineering field (e.g biomedical, bioengineering) would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel)
- Demonstrable experience in meeting business critical time frames and deadlines
- Successful experience in managing and engaging with customers
