Responsibilities
Deliver tailored solutions to customers, leveraging OEM design, innovation, equipment history, and expertise.
Build and strengthen customer relationships on-site, contributing to sales growth.
Lead site labor teams during service outages and/or provide technical guidance to customers and third-party crews to ensure successful service execution.
Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost productivity for assigned projects.
Support quotations and business development efforts at customer sites.
Qualifications
Engineering degree or technical diploma (mechanical or controls), or equivalent experience.
Fanuc Training or Certification (FCR-T1 & FCR-T2) is an asset.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial or material handling equipment environments.
Experience with wallboard manufacturing or high-speed automatic palletizing systems is an asset.
Strong English communication skills.
Proven team player with a strong service mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Willingness to travel regularly across North America.
