about the job
the role involves comprehensive management of field service activities related to turbomachinery. the successful candidate will be responsible for the technical, administrative, and commercial planning and execution of various projects, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning. key duties include:
planning and scheduling:

- independently manage new installations, maintenance, and service activities for turbomachinery.
- prepare quotations for service and commissioning tasks.
subcontractor coordination:
- draft specifications for subcontractors and evaluate quotations.
- select and liaise with subcontractors for on-site work.
field service coordination:
- act as the primary communication bridge between all stakeholders.
- arrange and lead pre-installation meetings and on-site inspections.
- organize consumables, tools, and equipment for field operations.
documentation and reporting:
- ensure proper documentation, including risk and hse assessments, is in place for field teams.
- compile quality and cost-control reports for management.
team support:
- provide technical and administrative guidance to field service personnel during assignments.
- conduct briefing and debriefing sessions to ensure operational clarity and safety.

job requirements
