As a Field QA, you will be responsible for conducting field audits to ensure installations are completed to the highest standards. You may occasionally lead a team of up to 12 technicians, overseeing their work and ensuring quality control. You will also be tasked with reporting on installation quality, tracking any errors or issues, and developing solutions to address these problems. In addition, you will perform safety audits, conduct QA checks, and provide training to new installers both in the field and in the classroom.

Gas Fitter B certification is required, along with several years of relevant experience.

Conduct field audits to ensure proper installations.
Occasionally lead a team of up to 12 technicians.
Report on installation quality and track errors or issues.
Develop solutions for quality issues and oversee corrective actions.
Perform safety audits and QA checks.
Provide training for new installers both in the field and classroom.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of construction/trades/laborer experience.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
2+ years in quality assurance.
Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical work.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of gas meter installation procedures.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (insurance required).
B Ticket Gas Fitter required. non-negotiable
Clean criminal background check and driver’s abstract.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
