Technical problem solving, drive project or workstream to achieve customer goal. Develop strong customer relationship and maintain effective communication channels
Make clear problem description including customer use case
Be able to create user friendly technical documents using common words (not *** specific term)
Have trouble shooting skill, data analysis skill, excel, power point skills
Have basic project management skill
English requirements: TOEIC 600 +, daily conversation level
English presentation, communication skill to lead technical conversation internally, and externally

Optional
Semiconductor knowledge and experience, especially front end process
Japanese skill JLPT N2, daily conversation level
Lead technical conversation by Japanese in customer meeting

Other information
Work location for this position is Higashi-Hiroshima city. Onsite support is required and need clean room work
