Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all regulations
- Lead and support a dedicated team of healthcare professionals
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
- Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment for residents and staff
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Proven management experience within an aged care setting
- Strong understanding of aged care standards, legislation, and funding models
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
