Vacancy: Facilities Manager
Location: Brentwood
Contract Type: 6 Month FTC
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Manager to join a market leading organisation out of their regional office in Brentwood. As the Facilities Manager, you will act on behalf of the company to manage commercial property events, rent reviews, lease renewals and dilapidation's claims.
What will your day look like?
- Provide reports and recommendations based on lease dates
- Managing any sublet/assignments of leases
- Examine lease reports and maintain the database
- Work with key stakeholders within the business to provide important information relating to insurance requirements/reinstatement values
- Manage the search for any new properties
- Review service charge budgets across the group
- Oversee business rates reviews for all offices
Experience required:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of lease accounting and insurance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Softwares
