You will lead and mentor a team of facilities technicians and external vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. You will develop and implement strategic plans for facility improvements and new projects. 求められる経験
■Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant work, or at least 3 years of experience in leading relevant work
• Language skills: English - business negotiation level, Japanese - native level
• High sense of urgency, ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and build trust, project management skills
