We are currently collaborating with a prominent institution in Hong Kong on a project that entails the development of a hotel, office space, and other facilities. Our client is experiencing rapid business expansion, and as a result, they are actively seeking a Facilities Mangement Director (Hard serivce)to join their team. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to their ongoing growth and success.

About the Role

As a key member of this project, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of both preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Your primary objective will be to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of these assets.

You will oversee the management of all MEP systems, ensuring their efficient and effective operation. In addition, you will lead the MEP facilities management team, developing and executing strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance overall operational performance.

It is crucial to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. This will be achieved through regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of safety and operational integrity.

About the Requirement

• Degree in Building services, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Facilities Management , with at least 7 years in managerial Level. Project experience in China is required.
• Pre-opening experiences is a plus
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
