- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B. Fachlagerist oder Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder Berufserfahrung im genannten Bereich
- Staplerschein und sicherer Umgang mit Kommissionierfahrzeugen
- Fachliches Verständnis für logistische Abläufe und Kommissioniervorgänge
- Sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtmodell, ggf. auch 3-Schichten
