Role:Fabric Engineer
Hours: Mon to Fri 8am-5pm
Rate: £36,000 -37,000 per annum
Location: North London
Client: World Leading FM Provider

The site is a commercial space which is in operation for the client as one of their well known hubs. The size of the team is 6 engineers across the site including a working supervisor.

As The Fabric Maintenance Engineer Your Duties Will Be:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) & Reactive Maintenance
• Minor electrical works
• Bulb changes
• Carpentry
• Door installtion, fixes, Lock and handle fixing
• Painting
• Digi Locks

Qualifications / Experience needed:

• (Desired) Any NVQ or C&G qualifications
• Core trade qualifications
• Experience on Digital locks
• Door locks and carpentry
• Building services maintenance experience
