In this role, you will:
Create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS children, fostering a love of learning through exploration, creativity, and active participation.
Provide individual and small group support to ensure every child is actively engaged and making good progress.
Observe and assess children's development providing feedback to the teacher and contributing to their individual learning plans.
Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, supported, and valued.
The Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about Early Years Education: A genuine love for working with young children and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
Strong Planning & Preparation Skills: Experience in developing engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with teachers, other support staff, and parents.
Creative & Enthusiastic: A positive and energetic approach to teaching, with the ability to bring learning to life.
Committed to Inclusion: Understanding and experience in supporting children with diverse needs.
Details:
Start Date: January 2024
Duration: Long-Term (term-time only)
Days: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
