We are seeking a caring and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our youngest learners as they embark on their educational journey. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with activities that promote language development, fine motor skills, and social skills.
• Supporting children during play-based learning experiences.
• Providing encouragement and guidance to help children overcome challenges.
• Setting up learning centers and activities.
• Assisting with classroom routines and transitions.
• Maintaining a safe and clean learning space.
• Attending team meetings to discuss individual student progress and support plans.
• Sharing observations and insights with colleagues to inform lesson planning and interventions.
• Communicating effectively with parents/carers to keep them informed about their child's progress.

Requirements:

• Have a genuine passion for working with young children and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
• Should have experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally within an EYFS environment.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with children and create a nurturing environment.
• Are patient, understanding, and possess a strong ability to adapt your approach to meet individual needs.
• Are a team player and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Are reliable, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
