Responsibilities for the role:
- Provide children with educational activities that are both engaging and developmentally appropriate
- Utilize your knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to evaluate and document the development of young learners
- Work together with coworkers to establish a secure, lively, and welcoming atmosphere that promotes kid's social, emotional, and academic growth
- Promote kid-initiated projects and provide differentiated work
- To exhibit a comprehensive understanding of protecting children
- Participating in and contributing to inset days, training sessions, and staff meetings
The ideal candidate would possess:
