• Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, maintaining frequent contact to increase market awareness, promote our company's value proposition, and enhance our market presence.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers, converting them into potential accounts/customers to achieve individual annual sales targets.
• Develop a personal business plan collaboratively, aligning it with the regional business plan and following directives from the Head of Sales and top management to meet sales targets and strategic objectives for your assigned customers or territory.
• Plan and conduct visits to target customers, both independently and with management, as well as organize technical seminars and meetings.
• Deliver clear, logical, comprehensive, and accurate reports on trips and customer profiling data.
• Communicate with customers to identify their main needs, map decision-makers, and ensure our offers and approach meet or exceed their expectations.
• Ensure customer orders include all necessary information for processing, assisting in clarifying any ambiguities and obtaining any missing data.

the requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechatronic, elecronic or electrical)
• Experienced dealing with Gearbox/ Gearmotor products
• Dealing with multiple cross functional team environment
