key responsibilities
- Tu entretiens une étroite collaboration avec les représentants
- Tu es l'interlocuteur principal pour nos clients
- Tu traites toutes les commandes entrantes ainsi que les modifications
- Tu es responsables de la planification et de l'organisation des livraisons
- Tu es contact permanent avec tous les transporteurs pour la livraison des produits en Belgique mais aussi vers les autres pays.
- Tu gères toute l'administration des commandes et des livraisons
- Tu encodes les factures
- Tu fais le suivi des payements

Medior
qualifications
- Tu aimes le contact avec les clients
- Tu es orienté client et tu aimes apporter des solutions
- Tu as un Bachelor à orientation économique ou en langues ou en logistique.
- Tu as une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais, du français et du néerlandais (obligatoire pour postuler)
- Tu maîtrises la suite Office
- Tu as idéalement déjà de l'expérience avec un ERP
