Our multinational partner is currently looking for an Advanced RTR Accountant to join their extensively growing team.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- perform assigned RTR accounting activities, including period closing, reconciliations, reporting and deliver assigned tasks as per scheduled timeline,
- participate in process-transition, prepare and update process descriptions, in regards of assigned new activities,
- proactively participate in process enhancement and standardization,
- be first point of contact for Local Finance Team for the assigned Business Units,
- negotiate and proactively drive status reviews with stakeholder and peer departments,
- drive issue resolution,
- support Audit requests
- bachelor degree, preferably in the field of finance and accounting
- min. 4-5 years of RTR accounting experience
- fluency in English both written and verbal (Italian, French or German language knowledge is a plus)
- solid accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- prior experience in host and lead calls across departments in a multicultural SSC environment
- travel occasionally within Europe for trainings and transition purpose
- self-starter attitude and high attention to details
- IFRS and SAP user knowledge is a big plus
