As a expedition worker, ideally you already have some experience, but we also welcome people who are quick learners. Because the warehouse contains fresh produce, it is important that you can handle the cold well. We offer you warm clothing to help you with that. In addition, physically heavy work should not be a problem for you. Furthermore you speak the Dutch or English language and you are available for at least 3 days.
- You are in possession of your own transportation;
- You speak Dutch or English;
- You are available 3 nights a week.
As a expedition worker at Bidfood in Schiedam, you will be busy with production work and foraging. Together we make sure that everything is in the right place on time so that our drivers can leave for our customers on time.
- Production work and forming work;
- Preparing products for shipment;
- Placing containers and crates in the correct route.
Bidfood is a leading wholesaler in the foodservice industry. Among other things, the company supplies fresh products. Bidfood currently has 16 branches spread throughout the Netherlands and a team of 1,700 employees. You will end up as an expedition worker in Schiedam. They serve as many as 25,000 diverse customers in the Netherlands.
Regular allowances:
00:00 - 04:00: 50% extra.
Sunday: 100% extra.
Surcharges for working in the cold:
Between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius € 0.53 gross per hour worked.
