Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Assist in the creation of marketing materials using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Manage and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Demonstrate strong time management skills and flexibility to work as required to meet deadlines and business needs
Managing apartment leasing and rental processes, including coordinating property viewings, communicating with potential tenants, and overseeing lease agreements.
Providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
Assisting with special projects and conducting research as needed.
Driving as necessary for business-related tasks.
Providing high-level administrative support to the marketing leadership team
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional and friendly manner.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the leadership team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in driving and a valid driver's license.
Experience in property management is an asset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment, with a positive and resilient attitude.
