As the Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you'll support two esteemed Directors and ensure smooth office operations. This varied and fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, project-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for the Directors.
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Supervising administrative staff and providing support as needed.
- Implementing and maintaining office procedures to boost organisational effectiveness.
About You
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working independently and taking proactive initiative.
